REFUNDS

Only items that have been purchased directly from us at Radha rani can be returned to us otherwise you must go directly to the store of purchase.

If you change your mind, need to return or exchange an item for any reason:

  1. Please complete the below return application form to Radha rani and we will get back to you within ten days.

  2. Please post your return purchase including a pre-paid return post pack and a printed copy of your completed return application form within 10 days of purchase date

  3. All items must be returned in original purchase condition - unworn, unwashed and with original undamaged tags along with proof of purchase. 

  4. We do not refund postage unless the item is faulty - all other postage will be covered by the Customer.

Faulty Item

Here at Radha rani we take great pride in our manufacturing - we have a very rigorous quality control process,  we are committed to our product

If you receive a faulty product then you can contact us within 10 days at - claire@radharani.com.au.

We will organise a full refund and an easy return process for you - we will happily cover the postage.

One of our team members will be very happy to help you to find a replacement item or continue with the refund.

Purchases from a Radha rani Stockist -

If you have purchased a lovely piece of Radha rani from our Australian Stockists and you need to return it - 

Please contact them directly - and they will guide you as per their Return policy.
