Returns, Change of mind, and faulty items: Our Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Radha Rani are committed to our customer service, we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied

with their purchases. We understand that buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit or suit. If for any reason you are unhappy with items in your order, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase, in the condition you received it in (tags attached) and we will happily exchange it or provide a store

credit. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us and let us know if you would like to exchange or refund. No exchange or credit on sale items.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please by including in writing whether you would like to nominate for a credit, or exchange. If exchanging, it’s a great

idea to email or phone to let us know what item you are after (including style name, colour and size ) so we can

put it aside for you. That way you won’t miss out!

 

DO I PAY FOR MY RETURN POSTAGE?

If an item we have sent you is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly pay for the return and replacement postage.

Please contact us and we will organise the return. If you have simply had a change of mind or prefer another

colour/size etc, we ask that you cover the cost of the returning item and include a pre-paid satchel for your new

chosen item to be returned to you.

 

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Items over $59 each can be returned for an exchange or credit, just not a refund ( unless faulty ). Sale items $50.00 and under cannot be exchanged/credited. Returns on items $59 and over will be accepted within 14 days of

purchase

 

REFUNDS

Radha Rani offers a full refund service on FAULTY items only.
